Ryen Pedersen is the Executive Administrator of the Pentz Home’s team. She is the “muscle” of the team. Her schedule is divided into client care management, transaction management, project management, operations and systems, and agent management. She’s busy to say the least, but her primary focus is creating the optimal customer experience which is as unique and individualized as each one of our clients.

When Ryen is not managing the business, she likes to stay active around the lakes with her two large dogs: Bella (Golden Retriever) and Sloan (Golden-German Shepherd). She is also a coffee and wine aficionado.
